410 stainless steel is one of classic martensitic stainless steel, which widely used with super strength and heat resistance. It is famous of high strength and good heat resistance, especially using for high strength and high temperature tolerance application. 410 stainless is ideal choice for manufacturing high temperature components and machinery parts, widely used in vehicle, mechanical components and structural decoration and so on.

410 stainless steel is martensitic stainless steel, main chemical composition is Cr(11.50%-13.50%), without Ni. It has high strength and excellent heat tolerance, the hardness and strength will be significant improved after heat treatment. The corrosion resistance of 410 stainless steel is in middle level, suitable for using air condition and weak corrosion. It has better machinery performance, however its weldability performance is not good. 410 stainless steel is mainly used in manufacturing high strength and better heat temperature tolerance mechanical components, automobile exhaust system components, tableware and structural decoration and so on.
