Alloy Steel

Alloy steel, is a type of steel that contains alloying elements such as silicon, manganese, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, vanadium, and other elements in varying amounts. These elements are added to improve the strength, toughness, hardenability, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and other properties of the steel.
Alloy structural steel is typically used in engineering and construction applications where high strength and good mechanical properties are required. It is commonly used in the manufacture of machinery, equipment, tools, and components that need to withstand high stress and heavy loads. Alloy structural steel can also be used in the automotive industry, aerospace industry, and other industries that require high-performance materials.

Carbon Steel

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is a type of steel that contains at least 10.5% chromium, which gives it its unique corrosion-resistant properties. In addition to chromium, stainless steel may also contain other alloying elements such as nickel, molybdenum, and titanium.
The corrosion resistance of stainless steel is due to the formation of a thin, invisible oxide layer on the surface of the material, known as the passive layer. This layer forms naturally in the presence of oxygen and provides a barrier against further oxidation or corrosion.
Stainless steel is commonly used in applications where corrosion resistance, durability, and hygiene are important factors. It is widely used in the manufacturing of kitchenware, medical equipment, chemical processing equipment, food processing equipment, and many other industrial applications.

Aço para rolamentos

Bearing steel, also known as high carbon chromium steel, has a carbon content of about 1% WC and a chromium content of 0.5%-1.65% WCR.Bearing steel is divided into high carbon chromium bearing steel, chromium free bearing steel, carburizing bearing steel, stainless bearing steel, medium and high temperature bearing steel and antimagnetic bearing steel.Bearing steel is used to make balls, rollers and bearing rings.Bearing steels have high and uniform hardness and wear resistance, as well as high elastic limits.Bearing steel has strict requirements on the uniformity of chemical composition, the content and distribution of non-metallic inclusions, and the distribution of carbides, etc.

Tool Steel&Mould Steel

Tool steel and mould steel are both high-performance materials used in industrial equipment and machinery manufacturing. Tool steel is known for its ability to maintain a sharp cutting edge even under extreme conditions, while mould steel is used to manufacture molds for various applications. Both types of steel typically contain alloying elements such as tungsten, molybdenum, or cobalt to increase their hardness and wear resistance. The properties and heat treatment of these steels have a significant impact on the quality, precision, and output of the final products. The grades, specifications, and quality of these steels are critical factors that determine the performance, lifespan, and manufacturing period of the tools and molds.

Spring steel is a type of high-carbon, low-alloy steel that is specifically designed to have excellent elasticity and durability, making it ideal for use in the manufacture of springs and other flexible components.
Spring steel typically contains a combination of alloying elements such as silicon, manganese, chromium, and vanadium, which help to increase its strength, hardness, and elasticity. These elements can be added in varying amounts to create different grades of spring steel, each with their own specific properties and characteristics.
Spring steel is commonly used in the production of various types of springs, such as compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs, and leaf springs. It is also used in the manufacture of other components that require high levels of elasticity and durability, such as saw blades, knives, and hand tools.
